Our Jetting equipment consists of a Mongoose Udor pump that produces 18 Gallons per minute of water flow at up to 4000 PSI.
The jetter unit has a water storage tank that holds 200 gallons or 1 cubic metre of water used for the high pressure jetting process.
The main jetter hose is ½ “ in diameter and capable of reaching a blockage in a pipe or pressure washing a surface up to 500 feet away.
The smaller mini drain kit hose is ¼” in diameter and is used for jetting smaller lines( Typically 1” to 3”) with smaller nozzles.
Video Inspection Camera
Our camera equipment is a very useful tool to determine the severity of the problem in your line. When we deploy our camera in your line, we can record the inspection and save it to a USB thumb drive ( Memory Stick) for later viewing or deliver it to an organization or property owner if a decision is required as to who is responsible for the repair.
As the camera is sent down the line, there is a meter counter that will tell you exactly where the camera is in the line. It is also equipped with a locating tool that picks up a signal from a sonde which is located at the head of the camera to give you an exact location and depth of where the problem with the line exists.
We have a variety of different nozzles to attach to our jetter hoses to tackle many different types of blockages or root intrusion issues. Some nozzles have jets that spray forward and backwards which will push the blockage forward as well as propel the hose down the line. Other nozzles just spray backwards propelling the hose down the line and just concentrating on cleaning the pipe walls. Our spinning nozzles are excellent for removing roots, grease, sand, grit or sediment from the line.
Along with the jetter unit, we have a 400,000 BTU boiler which is very effective in thawing all sorts of frozen sewer lines, storm sewer lines , catch basins, culverts, and providing hot water for those pressure washing jobs if so required.
